We’ve been very good at getting heart, lung, liver, because we know that, so I’m not gonna crush that part, I’m gonna basically crush below, I’m gonna crush above, and I’m gonna see if I can get it all intact.
Planned Parenthood and all it does is a horror, even from one who lives a hemisphere away. I used to think that ‘I feel sick’ was an exaggerated response to things we dislike, but after watching that video, I really did feel sick. All those lives, extinguished with all kinds of excuses —most of which scream ‘Molech’— and crushed into oblivion. And even the crushing is deliberate and planned, so that the babies who were unwanted burdens to be got rid of before birth would have some financial use after death.
I was reminded of this totally unrelated statement by John Paton, missionary to the New Hebrides, in response to an old man who tried to warn him against going there because of the cannibals —
Mr. Dickson, you are advanced in years now, and your own prospect is soon to be laid in the grave, there to be eaten by worms; I confess to you, that if I can but live and die serving and honoring the Lord Jesus, it will make no difference to me whether I am eaten by Cannibals or by worms; and in the Great Day my Resurrection body will rise as fair as yours in the likeness of our risen Redeemer.
In the midst of this unveiling of the horrific extent humans will go to in the name of greed and autonomy, I am thankful for one thing — that in God’s kingdom, one day, all things will be made new. Those children, abandoned and murdered and broken into parts to be harvested, will be given glorious new bodies, beautiful and pure. I pray Jesus comes quickly and brings all that into consummation.
